I keep coming back because Zostel Munnar suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, laundry, restaurant, fitness centre, game room. The staff helped me with town info on my first stay. Can't wait to return for my next holiday.

Just stayed at a cool hostel with vibrant vibes & friendly staff. LOVED the cozy common area! Would definitely choose this place again. Looks even better than in photos.

The vibe was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the owner who made everyone feel at home. The rooftop common area was perfect for hanging out after a day of hiking. Food was tasty, but consider ordering extra if you're hungry! A great experience.

The value for money was great, and the room had fine views. The staff at Zostel were helpful and provided great local information.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from our room was fine, and the staff were chill, easy-going, and attentive. The restaurant food was delicious, especially the dry chilly beef. We also enjoyed the party night, a great way to meet other travelers. The common area had lots of games, and the staff was very helpful in arranging autos and vehicles. The views from the hotel rooms were beautiful, and there was a quiet workspace available. we had a great experience at this hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like.

First of all, the tour desk was a lifesaver. They helped us plan all our adventures, from trekking to exploring the tea gardens. And the luggage storage space was super convenient, so we didn't have to lug our bags around all day. Plus, the staff was really friendly and made us feel right at home.

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be more party vibes. Don't get me wrong, the place was awesome, but as teenagers, we love to have a good time and meet new people.

The place had an amazing view, super clean, and lovely staff; we totally vibed with it! If you want to relax, there's a fab common area and terrace for chilling and playing games. the bathroom situation in the dorms could be a bit tricky sometimes - always occupied, you know? 😅.

the rooms and facilities were great, but the highlight was the common room on the top floor. I loved chilling there with other travelers. the food at the cafe was delicious, and the staff members Jeethu and Samwed made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Jeethu was welcoming and made me feel at home, while Samwed helped us with sightseeing and added fun to our stay. I had a blast and would highly recommend staying here.

The common area felt like a cozy family room with the most breathtaking view in town. the staff, especially Jeethu and Samwed, made us feel right at home and helped us with everything, from delicious meals to sightseeing trips. A true gem in the hills!

My wife says that rooms could use more child-friendly amenities.

The view from my room was stunning and I loved having a private room. the staff were incredibly chill, easy-going, and always attentive. They were also very helpful and provided great information on what to do in the area. the food at the restaurant was incredibly delicious, especially the dry chilly beef. I also enjoyed the party nights, which were a great way to meet other travelers. the hot water was available 24/7 and the rooms were clean. it was a great trip with beautiful views, good food, and reasonable prices.

The rooms at Zostel Munnar are absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony and it was just perfect. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and it made our mornings extra special. As a nature-loving couple, we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Personally, we found the beds a bit too firm for our liking, but hey, that's just our preference. Others might actually enjoy the firmness.
